 Ways and Means meeting room Report on 2020 Garden Club of America National Affairs and Legislative Conference February 23-26/ Washington D.C. By Kaija Gibbs On February 22nd I hopped on a plane and headed to Washington, D.C. I can’t lie. I was feeling a bit nervous and very unqualified to be attending this conference.
