Planting seeds…sprouting deeds. The Orinda Garden Club is devoted to the art of gardening, giving and growing.
The Orinda Garden Club was founded in 1937 by nine energetic Orinda women, the OGC grew through the years and became affiliated with the Garden Club of America in 1980. Committed to gardening, conservation, civic involvement, and educational programs, the OGC plants the seeds for growth in everything it touches. Located east of the Berkeley hills, Orinda is the gateway to the communities of Contra Costa County from the San Francisco Bay. Surrounded by open space with a mild climate it is desirable for gardening and community life. |
